Paleo book cover — This cover is for the other story of the Doubledown book. It's a short story by David Liss that follows a loser who slowly discovers the power of the old gods from cavemen days. The main image comes from a symbol used in the book, drawn in blood, that empowers our anti-hero. I've always wanted to use Gill Sans UltraBold and make it work, and I think it fit this cover perfectly.

Doomsday Preppers book cover — This is one cover of a "Doubledown" book with 2 stories. The Doubledown books pair an established author with a new author. This cover is for the newer author and it's the story of an inept doomsday prepper and what happens when doomsday actually happens. The main image is actually one of those silly stock photos you come across and you think, "when the hell would anyone ever use this?" Well....

The Gods of H.P. Lovecraft book cover — Cover design an H.P. Lovecraft anthology book. See the attached file for the full cover. Idea here was to have an old leather-bound book feel for the paperback. Wanted to the book to feel like it was bound with tanned flesh for some unfortunately follower of any one of Lovecraft's evil deities. Favorite part of this is the glowing HPL symbol you'll see on the attached.

Red Equinox Book Cover — Here's the final cover for the novel Red Equinox by Douglas Wynne. This was a super fun project, not only did I get to design a cover for one of my oldest friends, I got a chance to do print design (which I haven't done in over a decade). I had a lot of fun when the printer came back saying the blacks where too saturated (Insert Spinal Tap joke here). The tentacled sphere is a digital montage ...

Goldfin Logo — This logo is for the Goldf.in app I built with my team at Disrupt NY 2013. @aaronfoss handled frontend work, @fjambukeswaran handled backend, and I handled design and UI. We built the app in 19 hours and it helps high school students find a college by asking yes/no questions that get answered with simple swipe gestures in less than 9 seconds (the average attention span of a goldfish). The app...

JRC Technologies Logo — This was a logo treatment for a Thin-client technology company I did some years back. JRC's focus is converting companies from standard Thick-client systems (Windows desktops) to Thin-client systems (main server with groupware and cheap, slave clients). The logo is mainly used on puffy-style stickers on the thin-client machines themselves.
