I'm Christoph, and I lead design for companies that have outgrown their first product; where complexity has to become easy to use and room for errors is basically nonexistant.

At that point the problem is rarely a shortage of designers. It's that five teams have three interpretations of the same functionality and nobody quite agrees what finished means. Someone has to set the direction, align with stakeholders to maximize customer success and hold the quality bar.

10+ years of design, most recently on a global commerce platform running 10+ brands, before that on fleet software for autonomous robots in automotive plants, as well as B2C Mobile applications in the energy sector.
