Anurag Shastri

Hey! I'm Anurag, a passionate problem-solver with a growing interest in immersive computing, AI, user behaviour, and design strategy. As an expert in user retention at Flipkart, I've led the experience revamp for Flipkart Plus, the loyalty program that rewards users for their purchases and the launch of Flipkart VIP, a subscription program meant to provide power users exemplary rewards for their trust on Flipkart. I currently also look after the experience of SuperCoins - the reward currency on Flipkart.

I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a Product Management certificate from ISB and a User Experience Nanodegree from Udacity. Previously, I worked with TING Works & Vodafone Idea through Lollypop Design Studio, where I led design projects spanning domains like e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics, and entertainment.
