I’m Ana Ragazzi, a Senior Product Designer with over 10 years of experience crafting user-centered solutions. At RIB, I lead monthly user tests to ensure accessibility and help structure our design system. Previously, at Vizlib, I designed a data visualization tool for non-coders and established a comprehensive design system. My experience spans multiple industries, including banking and advertising, where I’ve learned from diverse fields and user types.

I’m passionate about enhancing user experiences through clear vision and collaboration. I thrive on connecting with users and understanding their perspectives. Throughout my career, I have guided and mentored other designers to make smart, user-centric decisions. I also have a soft spot for making animations shine.
