Biography
I've worked as a Web designer since 1999 so this is the second century of my professional experience. I have a Ph.D. in Visual/Web design after completing a Master's degree in Product design.
I have worked as a Web and mobile app designer, UX/UI designer, and in the advertising industry.
I understand the business impact of good design. My approach is pragmatic and goal-oriented. I can understand client's current situation and plans, identify the areas of improvement, and develop a design that has a measurable impact on what matters the most - the revenue.
I love clean and modern design. I use traditional tools (Adobe Graphic Suite) and contemporary Web-based tools like Figma. I'm also not afraid to get my hands dirty and convert my designs into standards-compliant, optimized HTML5/CSS3 code. My preferred framework is Bootstrap.
