Phionike is a design studio focused on clarity, systems, and human judgement.
Founded in 2016, we believe design is not about speed or decoration, but about making complex problems understandable, ethical, and actionable. We work from first principles, shaping ideas from early intent to long-term impact across digital products, platforms, and organisations.
We partner with startups, enterprises, and mission-driven institutions, particularly in high-stakes contexts where design must earn trust and support decision-making.
Our work is grounded in human-centred and accessible design, helping teams build shared design language, culture, and conviction : beyond just screens.
