Biography
I’ve been drawing ever since I was in my mother’s womb. The tools my ancestors passed on to me are essential in celebrating communities I didn’t see represented enough of as a youngster. I use my art to elevate the soul of the disenfranchised. My work is defined by the magic of my heritage, our intimacy with the land and the connection with each other, as well as the splendorous stories we have to tell. Storytelling is how we pass on our customs, our wisdom, our spirit. My greatest honor is to call myself a storyteller.
