Christoph Hitz

I grew up in Switzerland, where I graduated at the top of my graphic design class at Kunst Gewerbe Schule Zürich. The school has since been renamed to Zurich University of the Arts | ZHdK.ch
I emigrated to the United States at twenty-six, settling in New York City. While there, I worked as a graphic designer and illustrator for clients like RCA Records, Calvin Klein, and The Village Voice.

I've lived in the Catskill Mountains north of New York City for twenty years. My graphic work has appeared on magazine covers, newspapers, book covers, record and CD covers, websites, and even on the side of a tram in Frankfurt.
My editorial illustrations have been published by The New York Times, Mother Jones, Family Circle, Forbes, Time, Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Guardian, and many more.
