Night of the Flesh Eaters

When this film was renamed Night of the Living Dead, the distributor infamously forgot to include the copyright notice on the title card. American copyright laws were pretty draconian and this mistake meant the film became public domain.

If you want your title card to evoke a certain era, add the copyright. But it's a purely aesthetic choice — the requirement was relaxed in 1976.
