Logo Design | Africa Equip

Africa Equip is a charity organisation working to equip Africans and their projects with key materials and resources. Their primary aim is to not handout, but to give a hand up to those keen to see things done in the various sites that they work on.

Africa Equip had a logo prior to my involvement which I used as a baseline for my design. Taking key elements such as the geographical sillhouette and the colour scheme. The original logo needed updating as it was only in a JPEG format so it wasn't transparent and was very low resolution.

My idea in the design was taking from the slogan " Providing Africa with a handup not a hand out".
