TIHAN Informational Flyer

Tuscan Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network (TIHAN) is an Arizona-based organization focused on assisting those with HIV to live well through education and community. TIHAN was created in response to the disconnect between faith communities as a resource and the stigma around HIV that often limited that resource. Through education, TIHAN acts to activate faith communities and other volunteers assist. They provide a variety of resources to those living with HIV to assist with all facets of their life.
When I connected with TIHAN, they were looking for a variety of brochures for use throughout their organization that communicated clearly with a modern, consistent look compared to their previous, outdated hand-outs. Using their existing logos and color palette, I created several brochures utilizing Adobe InDesign including image sourcing using free resources and Adobe Stock and layout design. We utilized an organic shape to hold photos and color deposits to provide visual interest while focusing on organizing large amounts of test for legibility and clarity.

This piece in particular is a supplemental flyer that shares their informational meeting times for those interested in volunteering. The organization heavily prides their diversity both in volunteers and those they provides services for, so sourcing images through Adobe Stock and including two photos was as important as legible text.
