Forest Research Institute

Forest Research Institute, also known as F.R.I, located in Dehradun city of Indian state Uttarakhand. Co-ordinates are 30.3438° N, 77.9996° E. FRI and College Area campus is a census town. It is located between Kaulagarh in the north and the Indian Military Academy (IMA) to the south. The Tons River forms its Western Boundary. This is a famous institution, related to mainly Botanical science. F.R.I is a man-made Botanical garden, consist of wide ranges of wonderful floras & faunas, and bio-diversity. The main building of F.R.I is a beautiful piece of architecture. The premises of this institution is picturesque and breathtaking. Nature lovers and photographers simply love this place.
