A Mari Usque Ad Mare (English: From Sea to Sea; French: D'un océan à l'autre).

Phrase is taken from Latin Psalm 72:8:
He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.

It is also Canadian national motto.:)
