Engaging the user on sign up steps

Hi Platform's sales process is based on inbound marketing funnel method, and following that premise, the quality and amount of fields in the form is the way to lead qualification process. So, an important condition of this project was to keep this amount of fields for that same reason.

Besides that, by watching Hotjar's recordings on the previous layout, we've discovered that the users were often leaving the sign up process due to the number of fields and scrolling involved – conflicting with the premise of the project.

By redesigning the UI experience, the objective is to reduce the user's anxiety by focusing on a single question at a time, encouraging the users to engage with the sign up process.
