Fantasy eSports Modal

A hybrid of a news/updates modal including a promotion to sign up and create your Fantasy eSports team.

The idea of these update modals is they give users weekly updates on what has happened in the game since. They'd probably appear once a week or if the user hasn't visited for a while.

I took some inspiration from Discord for this one. It was pulled together pretty quickly as part of #DailyUI and so I didn't want to fuss over it too much.
