[GIF] Image Upload & Thumbnail Selector

This is the first version of our image uploader.

A little javascript & z-index magic. What's great from the technical standpoint is we can store an array of coordinates/sizes from javascript to regenerate the thumbnail later on using straight CSS & the fullsize image (which has to be loaded anyway) - which saves us having to crop and resize the image to create a thumbnail on the server side.

Sorry for the lame quality, not really experienced on creating high quality GIFs. Just really wanted to show of the UX side of things.
