Daily UI: Challenge #1 - Design a Sign-Up Form

#DailyUi Challenge #1. I created a contest entry form for an all-inclusive getaway for 2 to a fictional resort. I designed the entry form using Adobe Photoshop. We're always on the go. So keeping the users limited time in mind, I wanted the form to be quick to complete; while visually transporting them to "Holistic Hideaway's" beautiful scenery with the pictures of the resort. The CTA button is designed & placed strategically in between the two women to remind the user this could be them & their guest, should they enter the sweepstakes.
