Everis needed to improve the company's recruitment management, the follow up and also save time in the process.
So I had to analyze it with my team and understand that process to simplify it and make an application that helps the users.
By having a better understanding of how the recruitment process works in the company, we were able to make a high-fidelity prototype taking into account the process and the needs that had to be covered. This resulted in a first MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that was tested and iterated.
This was a challenge for the 36-hour internal hackathon of Laboratoria in Lima.
