Event Poster Design

I designed this poster for my visual design class as part of a corporate identity project we had to create. We designed a logo based off a historical figure in which I picked Nikola Tesla. The company we created was completely made up but still within the context of our subject.

After doing some research on Nikola Tesla to help me come up with design inspirations I learned that he was very compassionate towards pigeons and was always seen in the park feeding them. I decided to combine this idea with his contribution to advancement of our electric supply system to create the logo you see now.
