Currently, users have to make the choice of navigating through 10 different subcategories in order to get a full scope of tennis related news. I was able to identify that many of the categories provide redundant information in different forms with no additional value to provide the user.

Main Paintpoints:

- Too much information to navigate through - Most of the information is not relevant/useful for the majority of users. - Existing filters do not provide the user with adequate choices which helps with streamlining information. - There is no way for the user to save or bookmark articles which they find interesting.

User Testing Findings

- If the user wanted to ‘filter’ information, they used the search input feature. - Most users only want to know current events and those related to their favorite players. - Some users wanted to know how long the average read time was for each article. - Users equally enjoyed the list and grid views of how articles were displayed.
