An idea I had last night around an interesting visual pagination indicator concept...
In the place of the standard dot indicators to show which page you are currently on, it'd work like so:
- The page you are currently looking at is always in the center, visually called out in some way.
- All other pages would still be represented by "dots" on now they would be placed on an invisible dial, that as they get further from the center, they blur out of focus and fade out.
This wouldn't work for very short lists, but perhaps it could be fun for longer ones. I like the idea of instilling the idea of dimensionality and tactileness, without the overdone nature of fake real-world looking interfaces.
We'll see, excited to experiment a ton within this app in unexpected ways...
