Going to make the wild assumption that nobody has seen this movie besides me. You can catch it on Amazon Prime — Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam. Thinking it was Jim Varney's first film before he went all-in with the Ernest films. Anyway, worth a watch if you dig Jim's character work (he's amazing). A terrible movie, but worth a watch. RIP Jim Varney.
