Charlotte Perriand: Inventing a New World

Hi guys!

Here at Zajno we can appreciate good design. That’s one thing we have in common with Louis Vuitton Foundation. They decided to celebrate Charlotte Perriand's life by arranging a new exhibition; and we couldn't resist joining the party and created a website for it. The huge exhibition will take over the entire Frank Gehry building, which actually has never happened before, to mark the twentieth anniversary of the passing of the visionary French designer and architect Charlotte Perriand.

In every way, the website that we created tries to translate the ideas of Charlotte Perriand's work — something very simple and yet elegant. It almost feels like the layout flows, like a river. Fonts are very exquisite and work together very well. The main focus is on the images and you can see similar graphic elements throughout the whole page which creates a unique style — something that Charlotte Perriand definitely had.
