On Wednesday we announced the new Zendesk to the public, a project we've been working on for the past 18+ months. We redesigned the entire UI to deliver a faster and simpler customer support platform.

Zendesk Dashboard is one of the new features that allows users to measure their customers' satisfaction and the performance of their support team.
