Learning programmes are broken down into Paths, Courses and Steps. Paths such as Firefighting offer a route that the employee should follow. These contain courses, which are made up of individual steps. This makes ‘gamification’ and engagement easier and prevents the employee being overwhelmed with tasks.

The ‘in progress’ dropdown (default) shows the employee their current course, and enables them to quickly resume learning. The dropdown can be changed to show ‘in progress’, ‘bookmarked’, ‘suggestions’ or ‘completed’.
