Hey Chat

Hey Chat is a messaging app that combines traditional chatting with friends, and the exploration of different topics/groups to explore and find new people to chat with based on your interests.

I ran with the logo that they provided and used the shapes that it was made up of throughout the design, and aimed to keep things as simple as possible for such a content-heavy app.
