Proposed logo to a company who doesnt even know me

I re-designed a company’s logo called “Natural Health Sherpa” without being asked to( trying to get their attention). I thought their logo above left needed a better representation on what theyre trying to say. I was never a fan of clip art, much less on a logo. My solution? Custom made font “Sherpa” and combine it with Nepalese type underneath. A 1-color version as well as the company’s colors is shown (sketched it first of course). Comments is cool.
