Houston TechFest Concept Redesign

Had a very lazy Sunday. I was browsing a bit and this event page for Houston TechFest 2019 showed up I decided to check out the website: http://houstontechfest.com/

It was alright for the most part. There were a few issues with contrast ratios. The conference agenda is an image and I had to really turn my head 90 degrees to properly read all of it. It also has the sponsor logo plastered underneath it which was pretty weird.

The sponsor logos were all over the place in terms of arrangement and sizes. The location of the conference was a screengrab of a map. When I got to the end, I saw that this was an HTML5 template.

I had some time on my hands (I'm jobless) and there wasn't a lot of content to work with so I decided to experiment with it. Would love your feedback.
