FritoLay challenged our team to produce an educational experience based on their internal growth process, in turn, Navigating Change. Our team devised a game, based on FritoLay's pop-up Hot Cheeto restaurants. This experience brings game mechanics into the learning experience and lets users have fun with their HR initiatives.
Users are assigned specific jobs within the restaurant, and tasked with completing Hot Cheetos themed orders before the timer runs out. This learning tactic brings a bit of chaos into the experience, but also helps the employee learn to adapt and navigate change; in turn applying that in their everyday at FritoLay.
