"Power" Coat of Arms

My contest entry to design arms for a randomly selected member of our heraldry server. The recipient loves arms with a lot of symbolism in them, so I also provided a diagram of the meaning behind my design decisions, but everything is centered around the theme of "Power." The blazon reads as:

"Gules, an annulet fracted in base encircling a pallet issuant from its center Or, a chief wavy of one barry of three wavy of one Or and Gules."
