We The People Textbook Chapter Opener Spread

Chapter opener spread from the 12th Edition of 'We The People,' an American Politics textbook published by W.W. Norton and Company. Each chapter opens with story about how public policy affects the lives of real Americans. For these opening vignettes, I used a scrapbook aesthetic to make the content feel more personal and to accommodate a range of image aspect ratios.
