Back in the mid-00s, I read her book, Information Architecture: Blueprints for the Web, and it completely blew my mind as to what I could do in this field. Her work in Information Architecture, the design of business, and OKRs (how to create them and implement them) have had a major impact on my work and how I approach design problems and track progress on my designs and proposed solutions.
