Sola Fide – 5 Solas of the Protestant Reformation

One of five illustrations for a local church's series on the 5 tenets (referred to as the 5 Sola's) of the Protestant Reformation.

For this illustration, the praying hands (signifying faith) are placed on top of a shield – the Bible refers to "taking up the shield of Faith" as part of a passage that describes putting on the "full armor of God." The flowers, which are meant to illustrate mustard flowers, reference a passage where Jesus tells his disciples that with faith even as small as a mustard seed, they can move mountains.
