Build up, don't tear down

This is so important to work on. I was going to write a piece relating to a subject I’ve talked about lately that has to do with this, but honestly, this idea can be applied to practically any scenario. It’s very easy to go negative when there’s someone you may not agree with, are jealous of, or generally do not like. And those feelings are okay to have, it’s normal. But what’s not okay is making someone feel bad/a lesser person because of the issues you have with them. Try to see things from their view, (most of the time things are not as they seem), and practice building them up rather than tearing them down.
