Delving Dungeons with Designers
A handful of us at Underbelly (and a few extra friends) have gotten into Dungeons & Dragons recently. Most of us hadn't played until a few months ago and now we're hooked to the storytelling and imagination involved. There's a lot of parallels to doing good work and playing D&D: collaboration, leaning on each other's strengths, problem solving, general teamwork, battling giant, multi-eyed, flying monsters... ya know... everyday skills.
