Solar System (initial spike)

Initial spike for a tutorial I'm creating to teach the basics of SVG; the visualisation itself (sans header/footer info) is the end result the tutorial works towards. _Fairly_ close.

The border/caption stands out too much relative to the visualisation. So need to think about that. Also how to highlight each planet/orbit & provide contextual info in a sensible manner
