Ps Or Ai

Like many others I started with Photoshop. But when I used Illustrator, I thought to myself: "Why people use Photoshop for vector work when you have this convenient tool?"

I guess the answer would be that it became the norm or the PS came before the AI (but to my surprise AI came first in 1987; PS came in 1990).

Right now I use AI for most of my work and it is such a handy tool and I feel super easy working with this rather in PS. I guess it is up to your personal choice or what choices you made that you ended up using the either one or both tools for your work. And sometimes, it is really a pain to learn the other tool because we get REAL comfortable with one.

What about you guys? What tool do you use and for what projects or jobs?
