MOTHERS DAY

A peek at the Mother's Day artwork I created for Venture Church. Using the style of blue willow China (a staple here in the South), I built the existing Mama 'N' 'Em word mark into the plate design. So many layers were involved with the place setting, the plate itself, the napkins and cards. I feel like it begins to tell a really familiar story built around home and all things mom.
