Houston Ravens | Sketching & Reference

When approached to design the primary logo of a fantasy sports team in Houston, I was excited to take on the new challenge of a raven logo. To hit the mark, I focused on the eye's, brow, beak, & feathering of the Raven. Each of these iconic features contributes to the attitude of the mark and character it takes ono. As usual - nothing grounds the design process like real-world reference!
