Hidden Treasures

One of the things that amaze me the most about film photography is the Latent Image concept. An image that really doesn’t exist yet, ready to become a real picture (or not) in an undefined period of time, a hidden fragile treasure to be discovered.
Also, I like that feeling of uncertainty that runs through your heart until you develop the roll: Did I press the shutter at the right time? Will the images look good after developing them?

That’s why I love shooting on this way, I find it a very poetic act, where factors like time, perspective and process come into play.
