UX Case Study: Acko Insurance

Acko is an automobile insurance company. Anyone who owns a vehicle need to take Third Party Insurance. However, Comprehensive car insurance is not very popular. The aim of designing this product was to educate users on why they need a comprehensive cover and why it's always better to be safe than sorry. The ease and convenience of claiming for insurance was another USP. A user could claim insurance from an accident spot by the click of a button. The nearest service provider would automatically reach the spot, take the car to the garage, get it fixed and return the car back to the user the next day.
