Macro Tracking App

I made this concept only so I could call it something ridiculous. That is the great thing about concepts... nobody can tell me no, so I don't really think twice about it.

The round... thingys (what are those called?), are meant to trigger a swipe up/down interaction which will set the amount of daily macronutrients. Is it obvious the macros can be interacted with?
