Perfection Is Imperfection

I think we spend so much time trying to perfect something, and we never really do. One of my lecturers used to say that you never finished something, you only pressed pause. And so I’ve learned to accept that perfection isn’t something you can really achieve. Rather, perfection is imperfection. It’s authenticity. It’s sharing the rough side. It might be a paradox, but I believe it’s true.
