Samara Logo

This dizzy little rectangle is a revision of a project way back from one of my first design classes—before I even knew Illustrator. The task was to design a logo for a Frank Lloyd Wright house, and I chose Samara, in West Lafayette, Indiana. Growing up, our neighbors had big maple trees that would sprout tons of these "helicopter seeds," and I've had a weird nostalgic soft spot for them ever since.
