Racing Badge?

So, I'm struggling with this project I'm working on.

The design requirements were pretty tough for what elements needed to be incorporated.

1. The letters 'C' and 'T'
2. Gradient lines in the T
3. A badge around the mark
4. An arrow in the mark, preferabbly coming from the top of the C.

This is probably the hardest mark I've worked on. Do you see any keepers or alternatives I can try? I'm still not super happy with them, and could use some help.
