Due to my parents and personal experience, I have always had deep feelings for Tibet since childhood. Peldon Lhamo is a concept Tibetan Restaurant which will open in New York, as a modern ethnic restaurant where offer food and drinks for varieties of people. Tibetan culture has always attracted so many people from all walks of life and its food is widely used and unique. Based on the heritage of Tibetan culture, the restaurant is aimed to create a more fashionable atmosphere to the customers while spreading the traditional Tibetan culture.
