GABROVO Town

Gabrovo (Bulgarian: Габрово) is a city in central northern Bulgaria. It is known as an international capital of humour and satire and is famous for one specific cat-joke. It is said that people from Gabrovo cut their cats' tail, so that the door will close faster behind them and the warmth won't come out. Of course, it's all laughs and giggles.
