Good Intentions Shirt

At Abstract, our product is a reflection of our team and culture. We’re walking the walk, not just talking the talk. In just under two years we’ve built a team that is 1/3rd female (including two-thirds of senior leadership). Women represent half of our investor board. African American, Latinx and indigenous employees represent 24% of the company. And people who identify as LBGTQ+ represent 14%. This accomplishment was highlighted in a recent Inc article.

I made these shirts for the team to wear at AfroTech to showcase our commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive company.
