UX - UI Lengua Madre

We were tasked with building a pilot system for the state government to help native tribal groups from the southern part of Mexico process file judicial claims while identifying their native dialect. The majority percentage don't speak Spanish, therefore they're marginalized or limited in the process of exercising their right to seek aid with local institutions.

OUr idea consists of a web-based system that can help the front-desk staff identify the native dialect of this user based, by providing the right set of video-audio instructions. Once the native dialect is identified, the system will proceed to notify and a database of translator for the association to book an in-person appointment with the corresponding translator.
