Portfolio Redesign: A Landing Page Mock-Up

I'm in the process of reworking my portfolio and I wanted to add some more motion and scrolling effects to my landing page. Before coming up with this gif, I did several lo-fi sketches and mapped my desired start and end screens for the portfolio. They include the landing, contact, and single project pages.

I've recently started thinking of my portfolio as UI/UX itself and am working to improve how my content is presented.
